People
The research unit of CEFAGE-UE consists of two types of members:
- full members - all the researchers that have satisfied the research criteria defined in the Regulamento para as Actividades de I&D of CEFAGE-UE, and dedicate a minimum of 20% of their time to CEFAGE-UE
- research collaborators - all the other members of the research unit.
CEFAGE-UE currently has 39 integrated members holding a PhD, 6 members who are currently doing their PhD and 16 collaborators.
Besides these regular members, CEFAGE-UE also counts as invited members with researchers that have a very good publishing record, being associated to the center while continuing as integrated members in their own respective research centers. These associate researchers mantain a connection with CEFAGE-UE via participation in activities such as joint research project teams, working-papers, and joint publications with current members of CEFAGE-UE.
CEFAGE-UE has also as one of its integral elements a Research Advisory Board, consisting of international researchers of re-known, whose principal aim is to provide advice whenever necessary about the research activities undertaken in the center.
